Adult Softball REGISTRATION OPEN

Adult Softball leagues play at the Whisman Sports Center (Crittenden and Callhan) Field, located at 1500 Middlefield Road. Games are held Sunday afternoon beginning at 4:00 pm and Monday through Friday evenings begining at 6:30 pm. Team registration for the 2010 Spring League will begin Monday, February 8, 2010 through March 12, 2010 or until leagues are filled. The Summer season tentatively begins the week of March 29, 2010.  The following leagues will be offered in the 2010 spring season:

• Coed Monday Night Rec league at Callahan Field
• Coed Tuesday Night C/D league at Callahan Field
• Coed Tuesday Night D league at Crittenden Field
• Men's Wednesday Night C league at Callahan Field
• Men's Thursday Night C/D league at Callahan Field
• Men's Thursday Night D league at Crittenden Field
• Coed Friday Night D/Rec league at Callahan Field

To register your team for the 10 game season with playoff tournament you must submit your completed Managers Card, Team Roster and League Fees ($635.25 plus $12.50 per non resident) to the Recreation Division Office located at the Mountain View Community Center, 201 S. Rengstorff, Mountain View CA 94039-7540.

Adult Open Gym - Volleyball
The Mountain View Sports Pavilion is open Sundays on a drop-in basis for volleyball from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain View residents or employees of Mountain View businesses only. An activity pass is encouraged ($11.75 for 10 visits, $23.75 for 20 visits) or pay a $2.25 drop-in fee per visit.

Activity passes may be purchased at the Recreation Office, 201 South Rengstorff Avenue, Monday through Friday—8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or Sunday evenings at the Pavilion. Exact change only, please. Proof of residency is required.



JAZZERCISE CLASSES IN MOUNTAIN VIEW

JAZZERCISE is the original dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60 to 70 minute class offers a blend of jazz dance and exercise science to your favorite music – Top 40, jazz, country, funk, and classics. Easy to follow fun choreography includes a gentle warm up, 30 minute aerobic workout, muscle toning, and strengthening segment with weights and stretch finale. Instructors demonstrate how movements can be modified to meet individual fitness levels making Jazzercise fun for both the beginning and the more advanced students!

Men's Adult Basketball Leagues play on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at both the Whisman Sports Center and Mountain View Sports Pavilion.  Team registration for the 2009 Fall Winter League begins August 24, 2009 through September 15, 2009 or until all leagues are filled. The league will tentatively begin the week of October 5, 2009.

The following leagues will be offered in the 2009-2010 season:

Men's Tuesday Night C league at the Whisman Sports Center
Men's Wednesday Night D league at the Mountain View Sports Pavilion

To register your team for the 12 game season and playoff tournament you must submit your completed Managers Card, Team Roster and League Fees ($693 plus $12.50 per non resident) to the Recreation Division Office located at the Mountain View Community Center, 201 S. Rengstorff, Mountain View CA 94039-7540.
