1)       By mail (include a self addressed, stamped envelope and proof of residency)

2)       At the Mountain View Community Center (201 South Rengstorff Avenue)

3)       At City Hall in the Finance Department (500 Castro Street) or

4)       At Eagle Park Pool, during lap swim hours only.

Please have EXACT change or check and proper proof of residency.
