The City of Mountain View General Plan (PDF - 19 MB)* looks at the issues and trends facing the community and the region and describes how the community wants to address those issues now and in the future. It is a comprehensive, long-range statement of Mountain View's development and preservation policies. The General Plan is available for download as one document or in sections.
