The Development Review Committee (DRC) consists of the Deputy Zoning Administrator and two professional consulting architects. The duties and responsibilities of the DRC are to review the architecture and site design of new development and improvements and provide applicants with appropriate design comments.
DRC meetings are held on the first and third Thursday of every month prior to the Zoning Administrator Meeting. The committe meets at 2:00 p.m. in the Plaza Conference Room, Second Floor, City Hall, 500 Castro Street. Meeting dates and times are subject to change, therefore, please check the City of Mountain View website calendar for current information: http://www.mountainview.gov/events/default.asp Applicants may contact the Planning Division at 650-903-6306 a few days prior to the hearing to find out how many items are on the agenda, and/or the order in which the items will be heard.
