| The City of Mountain View is now using a new 24/7 online system customer relationship management system, ASK MOUNTAIN VIEW, to provide an easy way to submit questions, concerns and compliments directly to the City staff person who can help you. Library questions, comments and purchase requests are all answered through ASK MOUNTAIN VIEW. Create your own username and password of any length and using any combination of letters and/or numbers. Neither user name nor password is case-sensitive. Suggest a Purchase 1. Before you make a suggestion for books, movies, etc. - Wait to request DVDs until they are released - most hit movies are ordered

2. To make a purchase suggestion click on the ASK MOUNTAIN VIEW button below. - In Section 1, Topics - select Library and then Suggest a Purchase.
- In Section 2, Request Type - Select Suggestion and fill in other fields.
- In Section 4, Login or Register - Do this to receive a response and/or you would like a hold placed. Create your own user name and password of any length and using any combination of letters and/or numbers. Neither user name nor password is case-sensitive.
- Click on Submit Request.

The personal information you enter, like your address, phone number and comments will not be shared with anyone else.
