The Mountain View Police Officers Association and MVPD are honored to announce that we have joined forces with the Pink Patch Project to bring awareness to breast cancer as well as to other cancers that have affected so many we know and love.
We are thrilled to share with you our inaugural Mountain View Police Department Pink Patch, which will be available for the public beginning today.
The MVPD Pink Patch was created to bring awareness to breast cancer and other cancers which affect so many people every day. All proceeds will go to Cancer CAREpoint, a vital service for residents in our area. Cancer CAREpoint provides personalized counseling, assistance, resources and education to Silicon Valley cancer patients, families and caregivers.
Join us in our fight to stand up to cancer, to support those who battle the disease, as well as to honor those who valiantly fought and who never gave up hope. Each patch is $10 and can be purchased by contacting Jodie Pierce at MVPDpinkpatch@mountainview.gov.
Together, let’s go pink. #PDGoesPink
