Fair Political Practices Campaign Statements
FPPC Campaign Finance Statements (Forms 460, 470, 496 and 497) must be filed electronically using the City's free NetFile electronic filing system. Electronic filing (e-filing) is mandatory for all campaign disclosure statements.

Campaign Contributors
If you intend to make any of the following contributions and you do not have a NetFile account with the City of Mountain View, you must set up an account prior to filing.
- Major Donor and Independent Expenditure Committee Campaign Statement (Form 461)
- 24-hour/10-day Independent Expenditure Report (Form 496)
- 24-hour/10-day Contribution Report (Form 497)

Agency Report of Public Official Appointments (FPPC Form 806)
FPPC Form 806 is used to report additional compensation that officials receive when appointing themselves to positions on committees, boards or commissions of a public agency, special district, and joint powers agency or authority.
