The City’s Ask Mountain View system provides a list of topic area designations so questions can be routed to the correct City department and staff member, helping to ensure a speedy reply during regular business hours. Users can use their mobile device to point, click, and submit their feedback on issues, in real-time while out in the community. Requests and feedback are routed directly into the system and users can check the status on their requests anytime, anywhere.
