About the Division

The Communications and Outreach Division oversees citywide communications and outreach, disseminating timely information about city services, programs and initiatives to the community, businesses, media, employees and other stakeholders.

The division provides strategic communications, media relations, emergency public information, multicultural engagement program services including translation, interpretation and multilingual outreach in Spanish, Chinese and Russian, web content management, publications such as The View and City Hall Connection, Mountain View City Television programming, and social media management.
