36-Unit Condominium Development
In February 2024, Glen Yonekura applied for a SB330 Preliminary Application, Planned Community Permit and a Development Review Permit with a State Density Bonus, to replace an existing commercial building and a multi-family structure to construct:
- A 7-story, Multi-family development with 36 condominium units,
- One level of below-grade parking,
- The merger of 2 parcels into one lot for condominium purposes, and
- Removal of 5 on site Heritage Trees
The 0.44-acre project site is located on the east side of Hope Street in between Fairmont Avenue and W. El Camino Real in the P-38 (El Camino Real) Precise Plan and R3-2 (Multiple-Family Residential) zoning district.
Please note that the project, as proposed, will also require applications for a Tentative Map and a Heritage Tree Removal prior to the project being deemed complete.
