1500 N Shoreline Blvd Site PlanOn August 14, 2023, Octane Fayette LLC submitted formal Planning applications for a Development Review Permit, Planned Community Permit, Heritage Tree Removal Permit, and Vesting Tentative Map to replace and demolish six existing residential units and an approximately 6,900 square foot vacant commercial building to construct a 7-story, 70-unit condominium development with 20% affordable units above a subterranean parking garage. The 0.67-acre project site is located on the south side of Fayette Drive between Del Medio Avenue and San Antonio Road in the P-40 (San Antonio) Precise Plan.

This formal application follows a Preliminary SB 330 Application submitted by the applicant on April 10, 2023.

Public Meetings

This project will be heard at the following public meeting:

  • Environmental Planning Commission Public Hearing, on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, Mountain View Civic Center, 500 Castro Street.
  • City Council Public Hearing, on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, Mountain View Civic Center, 500 Castro Street.

Meeting agenda, staff report and materials will be posted at mountainview.legistar.com the Friday prior to the public hearing date and will include information on meeting location, format, and how to participate.
