MV Tennis

The City of Mountain View maintains 35 tennis courts located within 6 parks across the city.

Mountain View Tennis (MVT) has managed the largest facility at Cuesta Tennis Center and all city-wide tennis recreation programs since 2009. With more than 20 years of recreation experience, Mountain View Tennis offers popular, high quality recreation and competitive programs for players of all ages and abilities, with

Adult Tennis Club

Mountain View Tennis ClubMountain View Tennis Club is open to Mountain View residents and nonresidents. Membership includes tournaments, USTA leagues, interclub matches and social events. For additional information, visit mvtc.net. Come join your neighbors for lots of competitive and fun tennis!

Junior Team Tennis League

The City of Mountain View sponsors a junior tennis league for youth 8-16 years old in the spring and in the fall. Players trying out should be able to rally moderately paced balls at least 3 or 4 times from baseline and be able to serve with moderate success.

Registration: Thursday, September 7
Time: 7:30 - 9:00 p.m.
Place: Cuesta Tennis Center Clubhouse
Cost: $50 MV residents, $60 non-residents
Ages: 8-16 years

Tryouts: Friday, September 15, 6:30 p.m. at Cuesta Tennis Center
Dates of Play: Fridays, September 29 through October 27
Place: Cuesta Tennis Center, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Practice: 1-hr/week (day/time TBD)

Tennis Advisory Board (TAB)

The Tennis Advisory Board (TAB) was approved by the City Council and established to advise staff on tennis programs, facilities, and services. The TAB meets quarterly throughout the year.

TAB Meetings

Regularly scheduled meetings take place on the third Thursday of February, May, August, and November at 7:00 p.m. at the Mountain View Community Center. Meeting details are listed on the agenda.
