Online Property Registration and Notice Filing
Mandatory CSFRA Property Registration
On June 29, 2020 the Rental Housing Committee adopted mandatory registration for CSFRA covered units. Registration is due February 1st of each year. Register online at mvrent.mountainview.gov.

Online Notice Filing
The CSFRA requires housing providers to file notices with the Rental Housing Committee. These can now be filed at mvrent.mountainview.gov.

First time users can create an online account using the APN and individually assigned PIN provided in the description section of the Rental Housing Fee Invoice.
