Housing Help Center for Landlords (HHC)
The City of Mountain View’s Housing Help Center connects landlords with Division staff to help them learn about how tenant protection laws in Mountain View affect landlords. You can access information and receive 1:1 support.
The HHC provides community members with the following services:
- Rent Stabilization and Eviction Protections: Learn about the tenant protection laws in Mountain View and how they affect property owners and tenants.
- Property Registration and Annual Fees: Get individual assistance to pay fees and complete the required annual property registration.
- Compliance: Questions about the Rental Housing Fee or other compliance requirements? Come see us for more information.
- Petitions: Learn about and receive help with filing rent increase petitions and responding to tenant petitions.
