The Mountain View Police Department lobby is open for police services Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Community members are highly encouraged to make appointments online for certain services, however, walk-in traffic will be accommodated with restrictions. Any property or evidence pickup will remain by appointment only.

To enter the building, the following is required:

• Use hand sanitizer
• Do not to enter the building if you display any symptoms of COVID-19
• Drop-offs for medications/ needles do not need an appointment
